As part of this strategic evolution, Keira will be stepping into the role of CEO. Her vision, passion, and leadership have shaped the company to date, and we’re thrilled to see her take on this new challenge at the helm.

We’re also proud to celebrate the internal promotions of Nicola, Ian, and Brian to Directors. The Senate team were on hand to discuss all aspects of a career in mechanical, electrical and construction with the students and we are committed to encouraging more young people to consider the benefits of enrolling on an apprenticeship scheme.

We have previously recruited a number of apprentices to become part of our Senate team, who in turn learn a valued trade and work closely with our team of experts to complete their apprenticeship with help and guidance. Whilst at the careers event, we also bumped into the team from Liverpool Heart & Chest hospital where we have recently completed Mechanical Installation works in one of their theatres – small world!
