We deliver planned servicing, emergency response, and remedial works across 257 sites for the Archdiocese of Liverpool, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical systems across churches, schools, presbyteries, and community buildings.

We have operated as trusted partners to the Archdiocese of Liverpool since 2019, managing a wide and diverse portfolio of properties with sensitivity, care, and attention to detail. Working to a rolling programme of planned preventative maintenance, we systematically service assets across the estate, identifying and addressing any emerging issues before they escalate. Using our cloud-based project management platform, we’re able to coordinate visits, track compliance, and ensure each asset is serviced on time by qualified and experienced engineers.

At the core of our service is proactive communication with site representatives, which helps us build long-term, trusted relationships while ensuring minimal disruption to religious services, school operations, and community activities. When emergencies do occur, our 24/7, 365-days-a-year call-out response means that we’re always ready to mobilise. We aim to be on-site within 2 hours to restore critical systems or advise on the next steps. Whether it’s urgent boiler failures, electrical faults, or water supply issues, our ‘can-do’ attitude and commitment to care ensures we act quickly and professionally to support every site, every time.
