We’re excited to announce a major addition to our leadership team — Rob Shenton has joined us as Managing Director. Rob brings a wealth of experience from across the sector, having led teams through transformational growth and operational excellence. His strategic insight and hands-on leadership style make him a perfect fit for our next chapter, and we’re confident he’ll play a key role in scaling our business and delivering even greater value to our clients.

As part of this strategic evolution, Keira will be stepping into the role of CEO. Her vision, passion, and leadership have shaped the company to date, and we’re thrilled to see her take on this new challenge at the helm.
