This project in partnership with the Alder Centre, based at Liverpool’s Alder Hey Children’s hospital, was a delicate one based on the nature of the building.

Senate were appointed to carry out mechanical and electrical installations on:

  • Full sanitary ware installation
  • Domestic hot and cold services
  • Above ground drainage
  • Underfloor heating system
  • Ventilation system
  • Fire alarm
  • Intruder alarm
  • General power and lighting installation
