Blackmoor Park Primary School, Liverpool

Another successful project completed as part of Liverpool City Council's summer schools programme.

Working alongside Liverpool City Council as part of their summer schools refurbishment project, Senate successfully completed this project with Blackmore Park Junior School on time and on budget.

Works carried out included:

• Draining down existing LTHW Heating system prior to strip-out works
• The existing heating pipework associated with Phase three works was completely stripped-out and removed from site.
• All ground floor radiators and heating pipework associated with Phase three replacement, was stripped out
• Flushing, cleaning and applying inhibitor to the new plant room and heating pipework system
• Refilling system on completion of the new works
• Test, Balance and Commission new plant room boilers phase three heating distribution system and existing LTHW heating distribution pipe work systems.
