Senate completes another schools project with Liverpool City Council.
Another successful project alongside Liverpool City Council completed as part of their summer refurbishment programme.
Our scope of works on this project included
- Draining down existing LTHW Heating system prior to strip-out works
- The existing heating pipework associated with Phase two works within the first floor rooms was completely stripped-out and removed from site
- All first-floor radiators and heating pipework associated with Phase two replacement was stripped out
- Flushing, cleaning and applying inhibitor to the new plant room and heating pipework system.
- Refilling system on completion of the new works
- Test, Balance and Commission new heating distribution system for phase two and existing LTHW heating distribution pipe work systems.
Angela Birth, LCC Work was completed on time and on budget. Housekeeping, finishes and quality of workmanship were excellent.
