The Tithebarn, Moor Lane, Crosby

Set in beautifully landscaped grounds with its own duck pond, the Tithebarn lies in the historic town of Crosby, Liverpool.

Our team completed this project on time and within the cost envelope set by the client. The scope of works included the strip-out and removal of the existing boilers, flues, pipework and controls. To be replaced with brand new, state-of-the-art boilers as well as new flue systems, pipework, valves and controls.

We also supplied and installed a new gas detection system, BMS automatic controls, radiator TRV controls and isolation valves.

We completed all the works with robust testing and commissioning of all of our installs. The project was completed with residents remaining on site throughout. We ensured any disruption was kept to a minimum and residents were fully informed of any changes to their daily routines whilst the work was completed.
