Senate was commissioned to carry out an extensive upgrades to the college’s heating systems which spans all four floors of the building, as well as the seven block areas around the college campus.
Our work comprised of:
- Full replacement all of the Constant Temperature pipework
- Full replacement of the Variable Temperature pipework throughout the entire buildings
- Carry out conditional surveys of the existing AHU plant
Works were carried out throughout Covid lockdown, with the project completing on time and within the agreed budget.
