Senate were proud to be approached by the Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital to manage their heating and gas assets due to our reputation as a professional, diligent, responsive contractor that always puts our clients first.

Annually servicing assets and appliances across 12 different locations across the hospital site, we work with the hospital to proactively identify and carry out any remedial works. Using our industry leading, cloud based project management software, we are able to systematically schedule in servicing to make sure each one is carried out on time and attended by an appropriately experience and qualified engineer. Our robust servicing process is essential to making sure that we are working with the hospital to not just maintain the assets, but critically assessing each component to highlight wear and prevent critical issues before they impact day to day operations.

When emergencies do occur, we operate an emergency response service 24/7, 365 days a year to arrive to site within 2 hours to restore services or advise on next steps. Our dedication to client care and our ‘can do’ attitude means that we do what we can at every step to mitigate emergencies and work tirelessly to rectify issues when they do occur.
